How long does approval take?
Applications are reviewed within 48 business hours. Once approved, your API credentials are available on the API Keys page of your publisher space.
What is a postback and how does it work?
A postback is a server-to-server callback we send to your endpoint when a survey event occurs (completion, failed, bonus, cancelled). You configure the URL and macros in your dashboard.
Can I use multiple integration methods for the same site?
Yes. A site can use the hosted surveywall and the REST API at the same time. Each site has its own appIdentifier, HMAC secret and postback URLs; API credentials belong to your publisher account.
How are payouts handled?
Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month. Your account manager confirms the payment schedule, minimum amount and payment method for your account.
